Hey, I’m Stephanie Kracht! I’ve been with Empower Fitness since October 2024, and I’ve been on my own fitness journey since high school. Back then, my goal was to get as small as possible—no carbs, no lifting, just cardio and chaos. But over time, that shifted into wanting to get strong, feel confident, and yes… become a certified muscle mommy. Now, I get to help other women do the same. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and hold a Mat Pilates Phase 1 Certification through AAAI/ISMA. I coach Lift, Endure, and Pilates, and work with amazing women of all ages through personal training. Watching clients build strength and realize they’re more capable than they ever thought? That’s the best part of the job. My coaching style is more quiet confidence than drill sergeant. I’ll hype you up, sneak a few extra pounds onto your barbell mid-yap session about Romantasy books or protein pancakes, and challenge you to lean into discomfort (without making it scary). Lately, I’ve been learning Olympic lifts—and loving the challenge, especially the clean and jerk. Trying something new reminds me what it feels like to be a beginner again. It makes me a better coach, and a more compassionate one, too. My goal for every client and class? Glutes that spark rumors of a BBL and the kind of strength that turns heads. So expect hip thrusts, deadlifts, and deep squats—every time. Because strong glutes aren’t just for looks—they’re key to powerful, functional movement.
